Digital Sales Partner

Who we're looking for
As Digital Sales Partner, your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of the qualification stage for all leads generated through Marketing and Microsoft lead generation efforts, ensuring that each lead is diligently pursued, evaluated, and contributes to the overall business growth.
It's important to highlight that this role offers a potential pathway to a career in our sales team for candidates who consistently meet the established goals and targets.
What you'll be delivering
  • Actively qualifying marketing qualified leads through cold-calling and emails to a BANT qualified level.
  • Qualifying all event attendees, workshop requests, website enquiries, whitepaper downloads and webinar on demand downloads to get them to SQL ready.
  • Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
  • Completing outreach activities which include using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email and calling on specific account lists and alongside Marketing campaigns.
  • Ensuring all leads are always managed and updated correctly in Dynamics CRM.
  • Setting up face-to-face or virtual meetings between prospects and our Business Growth team.
  • Managing the website live chat and incoming sales telephone line daily to provide assistance in prospects search and supporting them through their buying journey to SQL ready.
  • To represent Transparity when engaging with prospects and customers professionally.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Growth Managers for further development and closure.
We think you'll be successful in this role if you have some of the following
  • 1-2 years of high-volume cold calling, call centre, customer service, social work, Sales Development Representative, or recruitment.
  • Experience meeting/exceeding sales/call quotas
  • Experience in sales or managing client relationships
  • Flexible, fast learner with a strong business sense
  • Expertise in utilising Microsoft office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional dedication to customer service excellence.
  • Keen and attentive listening skills.
  • Dependable and trustworthy in all aspects.
