Team Lead - Adoption & Change Management

Who we're looking for
With a deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies and advanced change management strategies, as a Senior Adoption & Change Manager and Team Lead, you will play a dual role: leading strategic customer engagements while also driving excellence and consistency within the Adoption & Change Management team. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact consulting services to customers adopting Microsoft Cloud technologies, while also shaping team standards, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and ensuring optimal team resourcing and utilisation.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in both customer-facing and leadership capacities—balancing delivery excellence with internal team development and operational oversight.

What you'll be delivering

Team Leadership & Operation Excellence

  • Work closely with the Practice Group Director to drive standardisation and structure across the Adoption & Change Management Team, including delivery frameworks, documentation, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Group Director to ensure the team is appropriately resourced and effectively utilised across engagements.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members to foster growth and consistency.
  • Lead internal initiatives to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and innovation within the ACM practice.
 

Go-to-Market & Strategic Support

  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategies, including the development of service offerings, collateral, and customer engagement models with the Practice Group Director
  • Represent the ACM team in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the evolution of Transparity’s customer success approach.
  • Act as a senior point of escalation for complex customer engagements and ensure alignment with business goals.
 

Customer & Sales Engagement

  • Support Sales by creating detailed proposals and Statements of Work when planning engagements
  • Work closely with the Adoption and Change Management Team Lead to continually improve the Adoption and Change Management service offerings
  • Plan and execute workshops (onsite, remote) with customers focused on Adoption and Change Management
  • Deliver bespoke knowledge transfer sessions (1 to 1, small group sessions for all employee levels)
  • Prepare, document, and execute champions programmes
  • Plan and execute change & adoption review sessions, analyse customer consumption data, and prepare updates to adoption plans when reinforcement of change is required
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Technology Consultants when required on projects to support technical readiness and user readiness
  • Take full ownership of project engagements and work collaboratively with customers to prepare and plan for change and execute their adoption of cloud services
  • Regularly review customer’s adoption of Microsoft 365 services, reporting back to the Adoption and Change Management Team Lead to advise on opportunities.
  • Oversee our larger and more complex ACM projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Adoption and Change Management service offerings.
We think you'll be successful in this role if you have some of the following
  • Demonstrable experience in Team Leadership
  • Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci or APMG)
  • Demonstrable experience in leading M365 and CoPilot adoption programmes
  • Certified Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist (preferred, not essential)
  • Versatility, adaptability, and quick thinking are an absolute must. The candidate must be able to juggle multiple engagements and customer needs with great attention to detail and respond quickly to changes
  • A passion of all things people and Microsoft technology; enthusiastic and engaging
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels, including executive management
  • Experience in delivering workshops and knowledge sessions, with a proven track record of successful change management in large organizations
  • Clear, logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
