Technical Consultant: Digital Workplace (SharePoint)

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Consultant to join our Digital Workplace team. You’ll have solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, administration, and SharePoint. In this role, you’ll take responsibility for delivering technical workstreams, supporting project planning, and ensuring smooth execution of migrations and platform enablement with guidance from Senior Consultants or Technical Architects.

What you'll be delivering

Deliver migration activities (mailbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) using tools such as ShareGate and MigrationWiz.
Support migration planning by gathering data, performing pre-migration checks, and identifying risks or dependencies.
Execute technical tasks such as mailbox moves, OneDrive transfers, SharePoint site/library migrations and Teams migrations.
Carry out SharePoint configuration tasks (site provisioning, permissions reviews, health checks).
Administer Microsoft 365 portals (Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Conditional Access, Entra ID).
Provide clear progress updates and raise risks/issues to project leads or senior colleagues promptly.
Document tasks, configurations, and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and smooth project handovers.

We think you'll be successful in this role if you have some of the following

Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
Familiarity with migration tools (ShareGate, MigrationWiz, or similar).
Working knowledge of SharePoint (sites, libraries, permissions, sharing, hub sites).
Experience migrating or configuring SharePoint Online content with tooling
Understanding of DNS basics (MX, Autodiscover, DKIM, SPF etc) in migration contexts.
Awareness of governance considerations (sharing policies, external access, permissions sprawl).
Ability to manage tasks independently while escalating issues when needed.
Strong communication skills to update stakeholders and work collaboratively with team members.

Growth opportunities

Build deeper technical expertise across Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
Gain exposure to migration project planning and architecture decisions.
Develop towards Senior Consultant responsibilities such as solution ownership, client advisory, and mentoring.
